Angel works with senior executive and leadership teams from the C-Suite to the high potentials who want to improve their game, deepen their passion and move to higher levels of performance and success. He comes with over 30 years of experience building vibrant high impact teams across cultures, leading large organizations and developing individuals to reach their full potential.

Angel was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and attended the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO graduating in 1987.  He spent 24 years in the Air Force where he held several senior leadership positions, retiring as a Colonel.  He has worked and lived in Spain, Germany, Qatar and various parts of the US to include Texas, California, Rhode Island and Arkansas.  

Angel has recently partnered with organizations such as the Center for Creative Leadership and the American Express Leadership Foundation. His coaching experience spans diverse industries, including technology, government, non-profit, and manufacturing. Notable clients include executives from Dell, Ford Motor Company, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as candidates from the Federal Senior Executive Service (SES) Assessment Program.

Angel leverages the Assess, Challenge, and Support model to drive impactful coaching engagements. By asking insightful, thought-provoking questions and actively listening, he uncovers the core of the client’s challenges. Once the issue is clearly defined, Angel collaborates with the client to identify and develop actionable solutions. His ultimate goal is for clients to leave each engagement with a clear plan and tangible steps toward meaningful improvement.

Angel obtained his undergraduate degree in General Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and his master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation, the highest certification given by the organization. He is also certified in the administration of a broad range of personality assessments as well as 360 feedback instruments.
