A retired Fortune 100 senior executive and former entrepreneur, he brings 30 years of strategic leadership across Fortune 10–500 corporations, venture-backed startups, and global nonprofits. Before becoming an executive coach, Jesus served as President and General Manager for Intel Corporation and Intel Capital VP in Latin America, overseeing the chip maker’s most significant growth expansion years and a $3.5B operation. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Staff to Intel’s COO during one of the company’s largest global restructurings, helping steer a companywide effort that delivered $3B in cumulative savings. He also led Intel’s South Europe region and its European business development organization, building a track record of high-impact teams, high-stakes negotiations, and P&L growth that consistently exceeded revenue and profit targets.

As Chief of Staff to Intel’s top executive, Jesus developed deep expertise guiding COOs, CFOs, and Presidents through career-defining transitions, reorganizations, and mission-critical pivots. He has since coached senior leaders at JPMorgan, LinkedIn, Netflix, T-Mobile, Microsoft, L’Oréal, Gilead, Ericsson, Merck, Intel, GE, the U.S. Air Force, Amazon, Salesforce, Uber, and more — designing and delivering multi-year, enterprise-wide coaching programs that align senior teams, cascade coaching mindsets, and sustain transformation post-M&A.

Jesus is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and holds credentials including Certified Team Coach Accreditation (EMCC Global), Certified Hogan Practitioner, The Leadership Circle Profile Certification, Bates Executive Presence Index Practitioner, Coaching Mindset Index Certified Practitioner, Team Effectiveness Survey Certification, and Influence Style Indicator Certification (MHS). He holds a BA in Computing Sciences from Cambridge Polytechnic, an MA in Industrial Marketing from INSEAD Business School, a Business Administration postgraduate qualification from the Open University UK, and completed leadership development coursework at Harvard Business School.
