Miguel is a seasoned global leader, ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), and organizational development consultant with over 30 years of experience in complex business environments. He has led large global organizations in the technology industry and now works with senior and global leaders and their teams across sectors worldwide, partnering with them to establish and drive their vision, develop their leadership capabilities, and lead change and organizational excellence effectively.

He is the founding partner of SKANDHAS LLC, has established global partnerships with several leading firms in executive coaching and organizational development consulting, and collaborates with the INSEAD Global Alumni community as a Career and leadership Development Coach. Miguel has coached senior executives across diverse industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, hospitality, life sciences, and professional services, supporting them in building high-performance organizations and leading transformation and change with clarity and impact.

Before working as an independent coach, Miguel built a distinguished corporate career as a global executive and held senior leadership roles in General Management, Sales, Business Development, and Operations. As a global organizational leader and General Manager, he led multicultural and cross-functional teams through complex business dynamics, managing multi-product and service P&L portfolios, executing operational turnarounds, driving revenue and profitability growth, and leading M&A integration activities.

Born in Brazil and based in the United States since 1998, Miguel is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is passionate about organizational culture development and change leadership.
